Whatever you want to call it, FAKE is a joyously chaotic deep-dive into alternative truths, fact checkers, AI, scams, conspiracy theories, political polarisation and the distortions of reality that define contemporary life.

In a grimy underground nightclub, FAKE immerses you in multiple realities simultaneously while the performance moves through, around and above you. Live web scrapes from 4chan, Reddit and TikTok stream into the space, mixing with news broadcasts, ChatGPT, audience submissions, live video and sonic aggression in a real-time snapshot of what the world is believing right now.

Attenborough narrates your outfit, your makeup gets a Titanic makeover, you decide who you want to be and see it happen in real time while you talk to an AI bot about your antidepressants. And there’s tunes. Banging tunes.

FAKE is an event unlike any other – Electronic Visual Theatre from kdmindustries guaranteed to be a completely new show every night.
